§ Pricing questions
Do you charge per tenant or per unit?
No. Landlord plans are flat — Free covers up to 3 properties, Landlord Pro covers unlimited properties. Tenants under each property are always unlimited.
Is the Renters’ Rights Act module only useful in the UK?
Yes — it’s tailored to landlords letting property in England under the 2025 Act. Landlords elsewhere can ignore it; everything else (rent tracking, reminders, expenses, documents) works the same anywhere.
What currencies do you support?
GBP, USD, EUR, CAD and AUD at checkout. Each property can be priced in its own currency, and the rent journal renders in the right symbol throughout.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open the billing portal from your settings and cancel in two clicks — you keep Pro access through the end of your billing period and then drop back to Free.
